Although we promote freedom of expression and open communication practices, all employees are still obliged to follow our code of conduct so that we all agree on the factors that cause a well-organized, respectful and collaborative environment, and that reinforce our professional values with our clients and relative regulatory bodies.

This policy applies to all employees and agents (Contractors and vendors) of the company regardless of employment agreement, role or title.

To be client driven, altruistic and valuable in our service to others. To sincerely care about and thoroughly understand what our clients need and consistently deliver a product that has impact. To be rooted in sound metrics and measure performance based on client led evidence. To be open and aware, scanning the horizon and assessing future trends and advancements to find ways to keep our service offerings authentic, relevant and meaningful.

To embrace a culture of climate action, teamwork, collaboration and compassion, where operational success and heart mind well-being receive equal emphasis. Cultivating an atmosphere of mindfulness, where the qualities of thoughtfulness, engagement and kindness are celebrated. A space that inspires the warm- heartedness, honesty, truthfulness and transparency that leads to trust in all aspects of our business.
